Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Exceptions may be considered where a delivery error can be verified.
Consulting & Programs
Consulting engagements and programs are described with defined deliverables and service periods. Refund eligibility depends on the program type, work performed, and materials delivered as disclosed at checkout.
Cancellations
You may cancel scheduled consultations by contacting support at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling depending on program terms.
